We will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity.

3. Services

We provide digital banking services including, but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, fixed deposits, savings plans, and loans. All services are subject to eligibility requirements, applicable limits, and our compliance policies.

4. Fees & Charges

Applicable fees are clearly disclosed before you confirm any transaction. By proceeding with a transaction you accept the stated fees. We reserve the right to update our fee schedule with at least 14 days' notice.

5. KYC & AML Compliance

To comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, we are required to verify your identity. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account. We may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not use our platform to:

Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
Fund terrorism or activities associated with sanctioned individuals or entities.
Conduct unauthorised transactions on behalf of third parties.
Attempt to circumvent our security systems or access controls.
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the transaction(s) in dispute.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. You may close your account by contacting support, subject to settlement of any outstanding obligations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
